Use and Characteristics
1. Design speed of SF320C: 150m/min SF360C design speed: 200m/min
2. Effective width: 1400mm-2200mm
3. Corrugated roller diameter: φ320mm φ 360mm
4. Drive the gearbox to lubricate the oil, reduce the noise, the universal joint drive, and isolate the power source (optional).
Upper roller, pressure roller and rubber roller lift, all with pneumatic control.
6. The guide paper adopts vacuum adsorption, with air volume adjustment device, to maintain the stability of corrugated
and corrugated form at high speed.
7. The roller and pressure roller bearings are lubricated with high temperature resistance grease.
8. The glue is used for adhesive.
9. The upper and lower corrugated roller adopts 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat treatment, hardness is above
HV1200, surface carbonized tungsten or hard chromium plating treatment.
10. The surface of the rubber roller is treated with the mesh cut and chrome plating.
11. Manual or electric separation device.
12. The glue department can be operated independently or independently in two ways.z
Characteristics
Single cutter can do single corrugated cardboard vertically and horizontally cutting. It has change order fast and high cutting
precision, working speed fast etc.make little waster. When changed the order, it suit for the top grade color printing machine. This machine adopt PLC touch screen to design, through it operator motor can know all the production status, adopt variable frequency motor to adjust the speed, servo control make the cutting length more exactly, making the cutting precision perfectly,(error±1,5 mm) mechanical behavior will more fine.

◆ Drive reducer box with oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable. adopt gimbal transmission. separate power.
◆ Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment.
◆ Cardboard transmit adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system. Keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.
◆ Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.
◆ The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The hardness HRC 58°-60°,the surface be grinded.
◆ The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
◆ Motorized or manual glue width dividing to match the paper width.
◆ Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped. Adopt main motor frequency conversion control. (optional)
