FUNCTIONS
● Designed according to Taiwanese principles, ensuring enhanced functionality and safety.
● No plate making required; finished product from a single sheet, zero waste.
● The main drive gear is made of high-quality alloy steel, high-frequency quenched, and precision ground using a Swiss-imported gear machine. This results in high gear precision, strong wear resistance, smooth and reliable transmission, and a Rockwell hardness of HRC58~62 (equivalent to automotive transmission precision).
● PLC touchscreen control, including automatic counting, speed and quantity display, sheet spacing, and alarm light functions.
● High-quality materials and components are used. All drive rollers are made of high-quality steel, dynamically and statically balanced, and then ground, hard chrome plated, and polished.
● The main drive bearings are from Harbin Renben AAA General Factory.
● The main control electrical components use the Taiwanese brand Delta, along with Siemens and Omron accessories.
● Keyless connecting rings are used to reduce center wear and maintain long-term printing registration accuracy.
☆Paper feeding system
(2)The servo-driven pressure-free leading edge adopts a multi-row sun gear drive, with each row of paper feeding rollers independently driven by a servo motor. They start simultaneously and the stopping time is progressively increased, thus extending the paper feeding across the height line of the cardboard box, achieving zero pressure damage to the corrugated cardboard and ensuring the original compressive strength of the cardboard. Higher strength is achieved with the same cardboard material, increasing competitive advantage. Lower basis weight requirements are imposed for the same strength requirements, saving raw material costs.
(3) The positions of the left and right front baffles, push plate, and rear baffle are all electrically adjustable, which is convenient and time-saving.
(4)The paper feeding front baffle lift turbine box is synchronously adjusted on both sides, and the left and right baffles can be linked and adjusted synchronously, reducing the adjustment time of the front baffle when changing orders.
(5)High-strength variable frequency suction fan, suction-assisted paper feeding, suction strength can be adjusted by the user, the fan is 5.5KW, and the air volume can also be adjusted according to the different bending conditions of the cardboard, so that the cardboard with ordinary bends and unevenness can pass through smoothly, ensuring smooth paper supply. (6)The paper feed baffle is equipped with a pneumatic alignment mechanism and is specially designed with a gradient curvature and ventilation holes to reduce the negative pressure during the alignment action, making the lateral positioning of the paperboard more accurate and avoiding waste caused by misalignment.
(7)Sheet-feeding device (continuous or sheet-feeding can be selected as needed)
(8)The infrared photoelectric paper feeding electronic counter accurately detects the production quantity and can preset the order processing quantity.
(9) A 7-inch high-definition display screen can control the paper feeding section, printing section, and die-cutting section. Order storage can reach up to 1000 orders. (Side baffles have ventilation holes.)
(10)The main power motor adopts servo technology, ensuring stable start-stop and saving approximately 30% of energy consumption during production.
☆Printing Department
(1) The printhead's left, right, up, and down movements are precisely controlled by stepper motors to achieve the optimal printing distance.
(2) The ink supply system uses negative pressure ink supply to ensure that air blockage will not occur.
(3) Data transmission uses network cable transmission, which features fast transmission speed, safety, reliability, and strong anti-interference ability.
(4)The printing section's power system is powered by servo position control, ensuring uniform cardboard conveying speed and preventing printing deformation.
