Digital Gluing Machine

1.Plug in the power line, turn on the power supply, the machine can work ( applicable to the national standard 10A triangular socket )

2.Connect 110v-220vAC, and connect the air compressor gas source with a stable air pressure of more than 0.5MPa.

3.Select the glue strip with the same width and size that needs to be glued to the box, and cut the corresponding length.

4.Paste the printing strip to the printing rod

5.The paperboard that needs to be stuck in the box is placed in the middle of the baffle, and the corresponding position is adjusted according to the position of the printing glue to make the printing glue strip in the middle of the paperboard.

6.Open the lid above the plastic bucket to inject the corresponding type of water-soluble glue required for the glue box, put the catheter on the glue box, open the switch, flow into the glue, and see that the glue in the glue box is about to sink into the scraping board, close the switch.

7.On the control display screen, select photoelectric one + vacuum or photoelectric two + vacuum ( vacuum depends on whether a sucker is needed ), and press the ( step 8 ) start button. For the first time, you need to touch the selected corresponding induction switch. The machine will carry out viscose work, and then the machine will work normally.

8.Please press the switch to start or stop the machine, indicating that the machine stops working, otherwise the indicator light is on, indicating that the machine is in working condition.

9.Prepare the machine according to the above steps 1-8, select the photoelectric operation

10.Disk cleaning precautions : there is a drain on the lower side of the disk, which can drain the glue and drain the water. When the disk is cleaned, the water cannot rush to the steering bearing. After the disk is cleaned, the water must be dried up on the back.
