Feeding Unit

lLeading edge paper feeding system, high-precision paper feeding, paper feeding time intelligent control. Can transport hard cow cardboard board and three, five, seven layers of board.

lVacuum adsorption paper feed, to overcome the different bending degree of cardboard, to ensure smooth paper feed.

lElectric adjustment of side baffle, manual synchronous adjustment of front baffle clearance, electric adjustment of rear baffle position.

lThe planned production quantity can be set. When the plan is completed, the system automatically instructs to stop the paper feed and sends a warning signal. The paper feeding part is equipped with PLC color touch screen, which displays the phase setting of printing, glazing and die cutting part, and can set and display the production quantity and single alarm.

lEquipped with multi-channel brush, electrostatic dust removal, and equipped with dust suction device, can remove a large number of impurities on the printing surface of the cardboard, improve the printing quality.

◆Printing roller

1.Printing roller ￠390.6 (including plate diameter of ￠405)

2.Seamless steel pipe material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3.The printing roller is the shaft head forging part, the conical transition, and the dynamic balance correction is made after all processing.

4.The axial adjustment is electric adjustment, and the PLC multi-function touch screen control is used.

◆Indent roll

1.The outer diameter of the roller is￠215mm.

2.The dot is consistent, and the ink is even.

3.Mesh roll gap dial shows electric adjustment, adjustment range 1-8mm, using cross slider connection, adjust the transmission gear always ensure the correct position meshing.(Cross slider is bearing type cross slider)

◆ink system

1.Using pneumatic two-way diaphragm pump inking, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.

4.The equipment is equipped with a lack of ink alarm system, fow detection, insuffcient ink automatically sound the alarm bell, while stopping the paper feed. Greatly reduce the waste of cardboard.

Drying Unit

lVacuum adsorption transfer system is adopted, and the bellows are oriented by linear guide rails.

lDrying wall board width design 1200mm after printing, 1200mm board after polishing by long residence time, speed up the drying speed of ink.

lThe suction bellows use pneumatic to adjust the air volume of the length of the cardboard, and can control the suction width and air volume.

lThe height of the bellows adopts the pressure adjustment function, which is the same as the printing department, and the paper is fed smoothly on the same plane.

lThe drying distance can be opened according to the actual needs of printing, the temperature can be designed on the temperature controller, and it is equipped with the blocking paper detection function to prevent the fire caused by the blocking paper drying.

Die-Cutting Unit

lThe mold roller and the rubber roller can be automatically removed through the cylinder eccentric device under the condition of no die cutting, which can reduce the no-load of the machine and extend the life of the rubber and the knife die.

lPlanetary structure phase adjustment, 360-degree operation, stop, positive and negative can be operated, the phase adjustment accuracy of up to 0.10mm to facilitate the version operation.

l7-inch color touch screen and PLC phase control make the operation more convenient,intuitive and accurate.

lSpline transmission, to overcome the mechanical wear of gear transmission, the best force roller moves around 40mm, and is equipped with a radial differential device,which can make the average distribution of roller wear greatly improve the service life of the roller.

lThe machine is equipped with a rubber correction device, which can be used after repeated corrections to the rubber roller.

lDie cutting roller gap electric adjustment, adjustment range 1-10mm, using cross slider connection, using double aluminum alloy die-casting reducer adjustment, accurate adjustment and labor saving, automatic locking after adjustment, to ensure the printing quality. The gear adopts the cross slider to connect without key, and ensures the correct meshing position of the transmission gear when adjusting the clearance.
